Philosophy

Practical learning is something you do, not something you watch

Learning Loops is built on a simple belief: people learn how to work better by working better, together, with a facilitator helping them notice what is happening. Every Loop is designed for one team, one hour, and a change in behaviour you can see the next day.

The 4C Model / 01

01

Connection

Bring people into the topic. A short reflection, a check-in, a self-assessment. The point is to start with what the team already knows and cares about.

02

Concept

Introduce the concept tightly. A short video, a sharp framing, a few examples. Never a lecture, never a slide marathon.

03

Concrete practice

The core of every Loop. Simulations, team exercises, facilitation practice, role-plays. The team uses the idea in safe conditions before the real moment arrives.

04

Conclusion

Close the Loop. Each participant defines an experiment, a commitment, or a plan for using the learning at work tomorrow.

The ideas we build on / 02

4C Model

Connection, Concept, Concrete practice, Conclusion. The structural backbone of every Loop.

Training from the Back of the Room

The facilitator is a guide, not a presenter. Learners do most of the talking, thinking and doing.

Active Learning

Knowledge sticks when learners use it. We design for participation, not consumption.

Experiential Learning

Concrete experience first, then reflection, then concept. Not the other way around.

Learning by Doing

Practice the behaviour in the session so the team is ready to repeat it on Monday.
