Learning Package
Scrum Events
Five Loops to make every Scrum event count
The Scrum Events package contains five complete Learning Loops, one for each Scrum event. Each Loop is a 60-minute facilitator-led session built on the 4C model: Connect, Learn, Practice, Apply. Teams move from knowing what a Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Sprint Review or Retrospective is, to practicing it well and applying the new behaviours in the next sprint.

From Reporting to Collaboration
Most Daily Stand-ups quietly drift into status reporting. This Loop helps teams rediscover the event as a daily moment of inspection, adaptation and shared ownership of the Sprint Goal.
From Ideas to Commitment
Sprint Planning often becomes a long meeting where work is divided and nobody quite agrees on the goal. This Loop helps teams plan with focus, set a meaningful Sprint Goal and leave the room with a shared, realistic commitment.
From Ideas to Clarity
Refinement is where vague ideas become work the team can actually plan. This Loop helps teams build shared understanding, slice work sensibly and arrive at planning with a backlog that is ready.
From Feedback to Backlog
A Sprint Review is not a demo. It is a working session where the team and stakeholders inspect outcomes and decide what to do next. This Loop helps teams move from showcasing features to learning together.
Becoming Better Together
Retrospectives are how teams get better at how they work. When they become a routine, improvement stops. This Loop helps teams reflect honestly, look beyond symptoms and run experiments that actually stick.
Discover the Scrum events as one connected rhythm
A starter Loop that helps teams see the five Scrum events as one connected cadence rather than isolated meetings. Participants explore the purpose of each event, how they reinforce each other across the sprint, and what good looks like in practice. The Loop sets the stage for the deeper, event-specific Loops in this package.
